Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 12, 2026
At Voxvey Research LLC (“Voxvey”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we provide Quanta, an advanced multi-model orchestration platform designed to streamline interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrated ecosystem services. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and providing clear, actionable information regarding the lifecycle of your data.
This Privacy Policy describes our comprehensive practices regarding the Personal Data we collect, process, and store when you utilize the Quanta website, mobile applications, and integrated services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Third-Party Model Providers and Orchestration
Quanta serves as a sophisticated gateway and interface for models developed by specialized third-party organizations. When you submit a prompt, engage in a complex dialogue, or upload a file to a specific model within Quanta, that information is transmitted to the respective provider for processing and response generation. Each provider maintains its own unique approach to AI ethics and data safety.
By selecting and utilizing a specific model within Quanta, you acknowledge that you are subject to the additional Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of that specific provider:
- Anthropic: Focused on "Constitutional AI" and safety-first alignment to ensure helpful, harmless, and honest interactions.
- DeepSeek: Providing specialized capabilities in coding, mathematical reasoning, and logical deduction for technical workflows.
- Google (Gemini): Leveraging state-of-the-art multimodal capabilities and high-speed real-time knowledge retrieval.
- OpenAI: Powering a wide range of creative, analytical, and conversational tasks through their GPT series.
- Perplexity: A specialized hybrid that integrates real-time web search indices with linguistic modeling for grounded, factual responses.
- xAI: Focusing on unfiltered information processing and real-time data from social and news platforms for timely insights.
The "No-Train" API Mandate: Quanta exclusively utilizes the professional API tiers (enterprise and developer-grade channels) of these providers. Unlike standard consumer-facing versions of these models—where user data is often utilized to improve the base model—these API tiers typically feature "no-train" clauses. This mandate ensures that the model providers do not incorporate your inputs into their foundational model training. However, your data remains subject to their respective security logs and safety filters. These filters are essential for abuse monitoring, identifying potential policy violations, and ensuring compliance with the provider's specific safety guidelines.
2. Comprehensive Data Collection
To ensure the technical functionality, security, and continuous improvement of the Services, we collect several distinct categories of information:
- Account and Identity Information: During the registration process, we collect identifiers such as your full name, primary email address, account credentials, and profile preferences. For commercial and professional users, we collect billing addresses, tax identifiers (such as VAT or EIN), and detailed transaction histories related to your subscription or credit purchases.
- User-Generated Content: This is the core of your interaction with Quanta. It includes the specific prompts you type, multi-step workflows, and documents you upload (such as PDFs, spreadsheets, or text files) for analysis. We also collect images provided for visual interpretation and any custom "System Prompts" or personas you configure to guide model behavior. We store the outputs generated by the models to provide you with a persistent, searchable, and collaborative chat history.
- Technical Metadata and Telemetry: We automatically record technical details of your session to ensure platform stability and predictive scaling. This includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, device hardware specifications (e.g., CPU architecture, RAM capacity), operating system versions, browser types, and language settings. We also track granular feature usage—such as model preference, average response latency, and the frequency of specialized tool usage (e.g., file analysis or image generation)—to optimize our global resource allocation and server capacity.
- Interactions and Feedback: We collect data when you interact with our user interface, such as utilizing "thumbs up/down" buttons or providing specific qualitative commentary on model performance. This feedback is vital for us to evaluate the efficacy of the models we host and to determine which models best serve specific professional or creative needs.
3. Quanta Health and Integrated Services
We offer Quanta Health and specific integration features that allow the Services to interact with your local device data and third-party ecosystems to provide a more holistic and agentic AI assistant experience.
- Transmission Acknowledgment: When you interact with features involving health, smart home, location, or other sensitive data categories, you acknowledge and agree that this data is transmitted from your device or the respective third-party service to Quanta's backend systems. This transmission is a technical prerequisite for Quanta to process the data and, where necessary, provide it to the selected LLM provider as context to generate an accurate response.
- Health and Fitness Data: If you opt into Quanta Health, we may access data from your Apple Health account. This includes sensitive metrics such as heart rate, sleep duration and quality, workout history, blood glucose levels, and overall activity trends. This data is used solely to provide personalized health insights, trend analysis, and wellness recommendations. It is never shared with third-party model providers except as encrypted, anonymized context necessary for the specific query you have initiated.
- Ecosystem Integrations: You may grant Quanta permission to interact with Apple Music, Calendar, Alarms, and Apple Home. These permissions allow Quanta to act as an agent—executing actions like setting a recurring alarm, creating complex calendar events, or adjusting smart home scenes—based on your natural language commands.
- Location and Navigation: For features involving Weather or Maps and Routes, we collect precise location data (GPS coordinates). We utilize the Google Maps API for routing, geolocation services, and calculating estimated travel times. While this data allows for highly local context, it is processed ephemerally and is not stored longer than necessary to fulfill the specific navigation or weather request.
- OpenAI Knowledge Indexing: For advanced knowledge retrieval, document indexing, and "Vector Search" features, Quanta utilizes OpenAI's API. Using these specific features forces the routing of the relevant data through OpenAI’s infrastructure for embedding and indexing purposes. In these instances, your data is subject to OpenAI's specific usage and data handling policies for their indexing services.
4. Technical Infrastructure and Third-Party Subprocessors
To provide a secure, high-performance experience with minimal latency, we utilize several industry-leading technical sub-processors:
- Transit and Security: We use Cloudflare for network transit, content delivery (CDN), and edge security. All traffic between your device and Quanta's backend systems passes through Cloudflare’s infrastructure. This helps protect the Services against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, filters out malicious bot traffic, and ensures low-latency connections through global edge routing.
- Error Handling and Performance: We utilize Bugsnag for real-time error monitoring and performance diagnostics. If the application crashes or encounters a significant logic error, technical data (including device type, OS version, and the internal state of the application at the time of the error) is sent to Bugsnag. This allows our engineers to diagnose and resolve issues rapidly. We make every effort to ensure that personally identifiable information is stripped from these technical diagnostic logs.
5. How We Utilize Your Personal Data
We process your data based on a combination of contractual necessity, legal obligation, and the legitimate business interests of Voxvey Research LLC:
- Service Provision and Maintenance: This includes the fundamental operations required to route your requests to the correct LLM, manage your credit balance, verify your subscription status, and maintain a synchronized history of your conversations across mobile and web platforms.
- Voxvey Research and Development: As a research-driven organization, Voxvey Research LLC utilizes data collected from both credit-based and subscription-based usage to improve our proprietary internal systems. While we protect your data from being used to train upstream foundational models, Voxvey reserves the right to use this data for our own internal R&D. This research includes:
- Orchestration Optimization: Fine-tuning our routing layers to better predict which specific model is best suited for a particular user prompt, improving accuracy and cost-efficiency.
- Latency Reduction: Developing "wrapper" and "caching" technologies that reduce the time it takes for a model to start generating a response.
- Linguistic Research: Analyzing prompt structures to improve our internal prompt engineering templates and "system instruction" libraries, leading to more relevant and safe outputs.
- Personalization and Experience Optimization: We use your history to remember preferred settings, frequently used models, and custom UI configurations, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience tailored to your specific workflow.
- Safety, Security, and Integrity: We use automated systems to monitor Content for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. This is essential for preventing fraud, harassment, the generation of malware, or the production of prohibited content.
6. Disclosure and Distribution of Personal Data
We maintain a strict policy against the sale of personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We disclose data only under the following strictly defined conditions:
- Upstream LLM Processing: As described in Sections 1 and 3, your prompts, uploaded files, and relevant context are transmitted to the provider of the model or indexing service (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) you have selected for that specific session.
- Operational Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors who provide essential infrastructure, including Cloudflare, Bugsnag, cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), payment processors (e.g., Stripe), and transactional email delivery services. These vendors are contractually bound to process data only according to our strict instructions.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose Personal Data to law enforcement, regulators, or government authorities if we receive a valid legal request (such as a subpoena, warrant, or court order) or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial fraud.
- Corporate Evolution: In the event that Voxvey Research LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your Personal Data may be among the assets transferred to the successor entity. The protections of this policy will continue to apply until you are notified of any material changes.
7. Retention and Data Deletion
Our retention philosophy is governed by the principle of data minimization—we keep only what is necessary for as long as it serves a valid business or legal purpose:
- Active Accounts: We retain your chat history, uploaded documents, and account data for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
- Deletion Requests: If you request account deletion, we initiate a process to purge your Personal Data from our active production databases within 30 days.
- Residual and Regulatory Data: Some data may persist in encrypted, offline backups for a limited period or as part of anonymized research datasets that cannot be linked back to you. We also retain certain metadata (like transaction IDs) for longer periods if required for financial auditing, legal holds, or to maintain a "blocklist" of users who have been permanently banned for severe policy violations.
8. Your Rights and Global Privacy Controls
Regardless of your geographic location, Quanta provides standardized tools to manage your privacy. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the following statutory rights:
- Right of Access and Portability: You can request a comprehensive copy of your stored data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) via the Quanta Settings panel.
- Right to Rectification: You can update your account details, email address, and profile information at any time through the user dashboard.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can request the permanent deletion of specific chat threads or your entire account through our Privacy Portal.
- Right to Object to Research: Through your account settings, you may manage how your data is utilized for Voxvey's internal research and development purposes. This allows you to opt-out of having your interactions used for our internal fine-tuning and optimization projects.
- Withdrawal of Consent: Where we rely on your explicit consent (such as for health data access or location tracking), you may withdraw it at any time via the app's permission settings or the "Unsubscribe" link in emails.
9. Security Architecture and Data Protection
We implement a rigorous, multi-layered security strategy designed to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration:
- Encryption Protocols: All data is encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.3 or higher) and at rest (using industry-standard AES-256 encryption). This ensures that even in the event of intercepted transmission or physical hardware theft, your data remains unreadable.
- Stringent Access Controls: Access to user data within Voxvey is strictly limited to a "need-to-know" basis. Only authorized personnel who require access for system maintenance or legal compliance are granted entry, enforced via mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Comprehensive Audit Trails: We maintain detailed, immutable logs of all system access and data modifications. These logs are monitored in real-time to detect, alert, and respond to potential security incidents or unauthorized access patterns.
- Vulnerability Management: We conduct regular security audits and vulnerability scans of our infrastructure to identify and patch potential weaknesses before they can be exploited.
Despite these measures, no internet-based system is 100% impenetrable. We strongly encourage users to avoid inputting sensitive passwords or unencrypted private keys into any conversational AI service.
10. Restricted Access: Age Requirement
Quanta is strictly not intended for, and is not available to, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. This age restriction is in place to ensure that users have the legal capacity to consent to the processing of their data and the maturity to navigate complex AI interactions. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a person under 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible and terminate the associated account. By using Quanta, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
11. International Data Transfers and Jurisdictional Logic
Voxvey Research LLC is headquartered in the United States. By using Quanta, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our model providers operate.
To protect your data during these transfers, we utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and other legally valid transfer mechanisms. This ensures that your data receives a level of protection equivalent to that of your home jurisdiction, regardless of its physical storage location.
